HSE & Sustainability Leader — Site Safety Excellence

Mars France is seeking an HSE Manager for the Cambrai site (close to Lille) to shape the safety and environmental culture and partner with factory leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires an engineering degree with 10+ years in safety/environment, fluency in English and French, and strong leadership to manage a cross-functional team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Mars corporate policies.
