HSE Supervisor – France (59) – 4 Months

UGT is seeking an HSE Supervisor to support an APL project in France.Working in coordination with the client and all project stakeholders, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with safety rules and procedures on site;
• Carrying out regular safety inspections and monitoring corrective actions;
• Monitoring the HSE documentation required by the client;
• Attending site coordination meetings;
• Drafting, verifying or assisting with the preparation of operating procedures and risk assessments;
• Supporting operational teams in implementing safety requirements;
• Monitoring ongoing changes from a safety and quality perspective, within the limits of your technical remit;
• Carrying out certain administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the site;
• Communicating regularly with the client, subcontractors and various stakeholders.

Profile :

• Significant experience in HSE supervision or safety on industrial construction sites.
• A good technical understanding of the construction, assembly or modification of industrial facilities.
• The ability to read, analyse and complete technical and HSE documents.
• Experience in preparing or approving standard operating procedures.
• The ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, a hands-on approach and good interpersonal skills.
