HSE Supervisor (France)

General information:

• Position: HSE Supervisor
• Location: Loire-Atlantique
• Duration: February 2026 - March 2030

Do you have experience as HSE Supervisor and are you looking for an international project? We are looking for two HSE Supervisors for an industrial construction project on the coast of France. This large project includes maritime works, civil engineering, industrial construction and operations start-up. If you have experience in occupational safety and construction processes, this could be the opportunity for you!

What will you do?

• Supervising safety during the construction phase
• Training new team members in safety procedures
• Managing safety documentation and compliance
• Participating in coordination meetings with contractors
• Provide follow-up and key information from the field.

What do you need?

• Have at least 10 years of experience in safety supervision.
• Fluent in French, English and Spanish
• Have experience in EPCM projects, industrial construction, maritime works, and international projects.
• You are familiar with work permits, document management platforms (CAE), operational control (inspections, site walkthroughs), and management systems.
• Have a degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent qualification.
• Possess strong coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure, and experience working for leading industry companies.
