HSE Engineer
Your tasks in our company:
On our site, classified as a SEVESO high‑threshold establishment and operating under the authority of the Site Director, you will be responsible for:
Driving and coordinating our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) initiatives to ensure full compliance with regulatory and Group requirements.
Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening our industrial risk prevention culture.
Acting as a key advisor to operational teams, providing guidance on risk management, ergonomics and safe working practices.
Ensuring the proper implementation and monitoring of safety management systems, while fostering employee engagement and awareness.
Our requirements for you:
Master’s degree in Safety and Environment training program
Knowledge of safety regulations, industrial risk analysis, and ICPE requirements
Professional proficiency in English
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to persuade
Pragmatism and reactivity
