HRIS & Workday Architecture Lead (Hybrid Europe)

Bull is seeking an HRIS Application Manager to strengthen our HR IT team as part of the Workday transformation across 20+ countries. You will own SAP HCM processes, drive HRIS integrations, and ensure seamless payroll data flows.

Based in Europe with hybrid working, you will design high-level specs, collaborate across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and Operations, and help build internal expertise in HR domain while aligning with our transformation goals.
