HRIS & Data Analytics Specialist

Jobtailor in Bordeaux, France is seeking an HR Data Analyst to produce HR data, build dashboards, and ensure data quality across the HRIS ecosystem. You will deliver monthly and quarterly reports for internal teams and external bodies, and actively contribute to regulatory data preparation and HRIS evolution.

You will support salary review data, bonus allocations and NAO-related analyses, perform data reconciliations, and share best practices with HR colleagues across our growing toolset
