Job Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a HRBP Final Assembly Line (FAL) A350 (M/F) to join our HRBL Operations Department based in Toulouse, France.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic operations team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to our operations department, collaborating closely with management to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.

This role requires a proactive and solutions‑oriented professional who can navigate a fast‑paced environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership team to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational goals to drive performance and productivity.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to attract, select, and onboard top talent; design retention strategies.
  • Act as trusted advisor on employee relations; provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
  • Proactively work towards positive labour relations with unions and collaborate on agreement implementation.
  • Implement performance management processes; coach and support managers on improvement plans and goal setting.
  • Identify training needs; collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver training programs; foster continuous learning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements; partner with SPIR BP and legal teams to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.
  • Utilise HR analytics to assess workforce, absenteeism, attrition and other trends; support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience supporting operational teams, ideally within an assembly line or production setting.
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and navigate organisational change.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both French and English required.
