Vilmorin-Mikado is a Franco-Japanese seed company, specialized in the creation, production, and selling of vegetable seeds for professionals. International HR Business Partner

We are looking for a dynamic and resolutive International HR Business Partner to support and assure HR operational excellence in our EMEA subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Türquie, Russia, and Export Area). The role contributes positively to the engagement of our teams by ensuring a consistent and harmonized deployment of HR policies and practices focused on the safety, well-being, and growth of all employees.

Main Goal

The position reports directly to the Worldwilde Vilmorin-Mikado HR Director and works in close collaboration with local HR Teams and General Managers in the EMEA area, responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Limagrain group HR policy and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, execution and monitoring of the global HR strategy in the EMEA region
  • Ensure the correct implementation of HR policies and practices across the scope
  • Guide, mentor, animate and provide the necessary operational support to the local HR team or referents in the region, creating the bridge between HQ and subsidiaries and coaching managers through the key HR processes
  • Be accountable for all HR reporting in the perimeter
  • Partner with the Business Teams to align HR strategy with business objectives and roadmap
  • Be the EMEA HR Referent and Ambassador for all topics, providing operational and strategic support for International Mobility cases

Qualifications

As an experienced, practical HR/Business professional, you proved you’re able to combine HR strategic vision with HR operational expertise, demonstrating a strong capacity to lead and influence stakeholders without having direct authority. You are comfortable and competent working in diverse, international environments.

You have a Master degree in HR or an equivalent diploma, and about 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluency in English is a must. French or any other languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) would be a valuable asset.

Location

Position based in France (2 sites): in La Ménitré 49250 (30 km from Angers city center or Saumur) or in La Costière 30210 (20 km from Nîmes city center).
