HRBP EMEA H/F
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and resolutive International HR Business Partner to support and assure HR operational excellence in our EMEA subsidiaries (Spain, Italy, Denmark, Morocco, Türquie, Russia, and Export Area). The role aims to contribute positively to the engagement of teams by ensuring a consistent and harmonized deployment of HR policies and practices, focused on the safety, well-being, and growth of all employees in a fair and transparent manner.
Main Goal
Directly report to the Worldwide Vilmorin-Mikado HR Director, working in close collaboration with local HR teams and General Managers in the EMEA area. Responsible for coordinating and implementing the Limagrain group HR policy and HR projects, serving both strategic and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, execution and monitoring of the global HR strategy in the EMEA region.
- Ensure correct implementation of HR policies and practices across the scope.
- Guide, mentor and provide operational support to local HR teams or region referents; serve as bridge between HQ and subsidiaries, and coach managers through key HR processes.
- Accountable for all HR reporting within the perimeter.
- Partner with business teams to align HR strategy with business objectives and roadmap.
- Act as the EMEA HR Referent and Ambassador on all topics, providing operational and strategic support for International Mobility cases.
Profile
As an experienced, practical HR/Business professional, you have proven the ability to combine HR strategic vision with operational expertise. You demonstrate strong capacity to lead and influence stakeholders without direct authority and are comfortable working in diverse, international environments.
You hold a Master degree in HR or an equivalent diploma, and have approximately 5‑10 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or additional languages such as Arabic and Russian is a valuable asset.

Position based in France (2 sites): la Ménitré 49250 (30 km from Angers city centre or Saumur) or la Costière 30210 (20 km from Nîmes city centre).
