Goal of the position

HR Business Partners are people‑centric professionals who aim to deliver a first‑class employee experience. By empowering our talent, we help the business increase its profitability and brand equity. Working closely with our business areas, they help implement the business strategy from a people perspective, act as a strategic partner to the business by aligning people strategies with organisational goals, enabling high performance, nurturing a strong and inclusive culture, and supporting talent across the organisation to drive performance and business growth.

What will the role entail?

  • Act as a link between the assigned business areas and the HR department, supporting the human resources processes that are required.
  • Develop solutions that allow each business area to comply with its strategy; support and guide managers on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning. Resolve labour doubts that involve employees in your business area.
  • Guarantee that each business area has efficient structures, and advise on lateral movements, promotions, and succession plans when necessary.
  • Advise the assigned business areas to detect problems or conflicts in their teams and provide guidance in resolving them.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry, including participation in the final phase of the selection processes to align culture and values with new hires.
  • Administer corporate and retail processes (promotions, terminations, retirement, leave, etc.) and manage human resources communications to employees and managers, such as remote working policy, bonus communication, code of conduct, etc.
  • Design and implement HR policies that support continuous improvement and professionalisation of the area, ensuring legal compliance in all HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Create global reports of national and international HR activity to measure the KPIs of the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in the French market.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar is desirable.
  • Languages: English, French, and Spanish are desirable.
