About the role

As our HRBP for the Commercial & Marketing teams, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, helping them scale their organizations and nurture top-tier talent. You won’t just \"do HR\"; you will build the people infrastructure that allows our revenue-generating teams to thrive. You will act as a consultant, coach, and change agent, ensuring that our teams have the talent and culture necessary to succeed in a competitive market. Based at our Parisian office and reporting to the VP People, you will join a team of five HR Business Partners, all fully dedicated to developing Vestiaire Collective on a global scale.
