Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Join a team that shapes future leaders and critical skills in a fast-moving industrial group committed to building a more sustainable world. As a Talent Development Apprentice, you won’t just observe HR processes — you will contribute, analyze, design, and drive initiatives that have real visibility and impact at Group level. Based at our HQ in Nanterre, you will work closely with senior HR leaders and international stakeholders, gaining exposure to strategic talent topics across regions and functions.

Your role

  • Support People Reviews and Talent Committees preparation and follow up (data analysis, insights, preparatory work with managers, decision tracking).
  • Contribute to global Talent Development initiatives, including career trajectories and strategic talent projects, VIE talent pool follow up, high potential development and sponsorship.
  • Design and deploy Talent Development initiatives, such as mentoring programs, digital events, and engagement campaigns.
  • Drive the Talent Development calendar and associated processes, supporting key campaigns and KPIs (Annual Reviews, Talent processes, Engagement, etc.).
  • Support and connect the global management learning community.
  • Animate the Talent Development community, coordinating communication and follow up on key actions.
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic HR projects, depending on priorities and your interests.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Curious, analytical, and genuinely motivated to learn and understand how organizations work.
  • Comfortable with data, structure, and synthesis, and able to turn information into insights.
  • A clear communicator, able to work with different stakeholders.
  • Well organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple topics in parallel.
  • A team player with an international and agile mindset.

You bring:

  • Strong writing and data analysis skills.
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Canva and other digital tools command.
  • Fluent English (we work across the globe).
  • A Bachelor’s degree, currently preparing a Master’s in HR.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus.
