HR-Specialist France (m/w/d) - Part-time 24h

Your Shoes To Fill

• Act as the first point of contact for employees in an assigned business area on all HR-related topics
• Support the full recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and final selection)
• Organize and support the onboarding process of new employees
• Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and the HR system
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other relevant HR documents
• Ensure compliance with French labor law and applicable collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
• Support training and development initiatives as well as contribute to HR projects such as digitalization, employer branding, and compensation & benefits

Your Walk Of Life

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of French labor law, with hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and HR system
• Prior experience of collaborating with a works council (CSE)
• Fluent in French and very good, business‑proficient English
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, discretion, team spirit, and a solution‑oriented mindset
• Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
