HR Specialist - CDD

You are going to join the HR team of BOC Paris Branch as a HR Specialist. Ideal for recent graduates or those seeking their first professional experience.

• Assist in the daily recruitment process, including candidate coordination and onboarding of new employees, as well as employee offboarding procedures
• Support recruitment activities and help manage employee relations
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs
• Provide support on ad hoc HR projects and initiatives
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Human Resources

Your qualifications are :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Bilingual in French and Chinese, with a good command of English
