At Ayvens, we have an opening for an HR Risk, HR Compliance & HR Regulatory Projects Manager.
What are you going to do?
Under the supervision of the Head of HR Risk & Compliance, the HR Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Projects Manager acts as the Group HR expert for HR regulatory, HR compliance and HR operational risk matters. You will lead key HR regulatory and compliance projects, coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and functions, ensure the effective implementation of Group HR policies and requirements, and oversee the HR permanent supervision control framework. Working closely with HR, Risk, Compliance, ESG teams and Société Générale stakeholders, you will contribute to strengthening governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the continuous improvement of HR processes, controls and risk management practices across the Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
HR Regulatory & ESG Projects
Leading key Group HR regulatory and ESG projects, including CSRD (ESRS S1) reporting, double materiality assessments (DMA), the Duty of Care Plan and related sustainability disclosures.
Managing HR ESG reporting requirements, indicators and external assessments (EcoVadis, investors, clients and rating agencies), while coordinating HR, ESG, HR Data, Société Générale stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring the implementation of associated action plans and recommendations (My action and NFAs).
HR Compliance & Policy Governance
Acting as Policy Owner for designated HR policies, currently including Know Your Employee (KYE), and leading the deployment of compliance requirements across Ayvens entities, ensuring alignment between Group policies, HR processes and HR systems.
Coordinating HR policy governance activities, including policy reviews, self‑assessments, adherence exercises, communications and training, while partnering with Compliance and Culture & Conduct stakeholders on behavioural risk monitoring and disciplinary reporting.
HR Risk Management & Internal Control
Leading HR operational risk management activities across the Group, including RCSA exercises, risk assessments, permanent supervision controls, remediation plans and governance reporting.
Developing HR risk monitoring tools, including KRIs and dashboards, and supporting entities in strengthening their HR risk and internal control framework through continuous improvement initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR governance, HR compliance and/or HR operational risk professional with strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment. You are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across different functions and countries.
We are looking for someone who can rapidly take ownership of complex HR regulatory and governance topics and act as a trusted subject‑matter expert within the HR function. Experience with areas such as CSRD/ESRS reporting, Double Materiality Assessments (DMA), Duty of Care requirements, KYE, policy governance, RCSA, permanent supervision, internal controls and KRIs would be a strong advantage.
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, challenge stakeholders when needed and confidently engage with HR, Risk, Compliance and ESG teams across the Group.
You will have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR governance, HR compliance, HR risk management, ESG reporting or a related area.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and international teams.
- Good understanding of HR processes, policies and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ESG, CSRD and non‑financial reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, reporting and data management skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- All meetings are conducted in English, and most deliverables are prepared in both French and English.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until December 2027
