Would you like to be at the heart of building a new production facility and actively contribute to a major project in the aerospace sector? Safran Seats is looking for a HR Project Leader to drive the HR activities for our new Dubai-based production entity dedicated to the manufacture and assembly of aircraft seats.
Responsibilities
- HR Project: ensures planning, execution and coordination of the HR roadmap aligned with overall project milestone.
- Compliance & Legal Foundations: support and contribute to definition and local implementation of employment and C&B frameworks in line with UAE labor law and Safran HR policies (including setup and deployment of employment contracts, work schedules, ...).
- Talent Acquisition: build and manage recruitment planning and workforce ramp-up aligned with industrial and projects milestone. You will also contribute to employer branding actions in the region.
- Talent Management: coordinate leadership and management assessments to ensure alignment with Safran values.
- International Mobility: oversee all administrative and logistical processes for employee mobility. Act as operational interface with global & local mobility partners, and internal stakeholders.
- HR Information/Management Systems: support planning and implementation of HRIS and supporting tools in close coordination with IT and relevant experts (e.g. Horoquartz, Selia, ADP, Concur, etc.).
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: prepare and monitor HR dashboards and progress reports covering various HR topics. Identify execution bottlenecks and propose pragmatic improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR project management, HR operations, or industrial HR environments.
- Experience in plant setup, industrial ramp up, or international projects strongly preferred.
- Solid exposure to recruitment, compensation, international mobility, and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of labour law in an international context; Middle East exposure is an asset.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English / French required.
