HR Plant Manager: Talent & Compliance Leader, Manufacturing

Prysmian Group in France is seeking an HR Plant Manager (M/F) to lead recruiting, staffing, and employee relations at the Douvrin site. You will organize interview scheduling, partner with employment agencies, and ensure staffing aligns with the plant headcount plan.

You will oversee wage/salary administration, develop monthly headcount reports, and manage employee benefit programs, new hire onboarding, and orientation.
