What you will do
Admin & HR compliance
- Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Lead HR projects with external vendors to deliver the best services to Employees.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws in France, UK, Germany, Spain.
- Maintain employee handbooks.
Onboarding
- Ensure we are able to onboard new joiners in the best way; gather relevant information for our HR systems, Office, and Managers.
- Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).
- Take care of HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.
- Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).
Payroll
- Prepare and process payroll for employees in EMEA.
- Provide the needed information on time to providers and to the Finance team to ensure employees are paid on time.
- Lead process‑optimization initiatives (automation, provider benchmark, etc.).
HR project management
- Explore, implement, and refine people‑related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture.
- Process optimization: continuously improve, document, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
About you
Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5‑10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including work in a startup or high‑growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of French law & HR policy, employment regulations, and best practices.
- Cross‑country experience, managing employee populations spread across different geographies.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and exit.
- A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results.

- Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology solutions such as HRIS and Payroll.
