Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of the FR law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices
  • Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit
  • A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive results
  • Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ..
  • Hands-on and doer

What the job involves

  • Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws
  • Maintain employee handbooks
  • Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; any information that is relevant on our HR systems, Office and Managers
  • Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates)
  • Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed
  • Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request)
  • Prepare and process payroll for employees in France
  • Provide the needed information on time to our providers and to the Finance team to ensure our employees will be paid on time
  • Lead any process optimization initiatives (automation, providers benchmark, etc.)
  • Explore, implement, and refine people-related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture
  • Process optimization: Continuously improve, document, and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
