HR Partnerships Specialist — International Programs

UNESCO is seeking an Associate HR Officer (HR Partnerships) to support the implementation and day-to-day management of HR partnerships activities, including sponsored traineeships, JPOs, secondments and loans. You will coordinate recruitment, contract administration, partnership agreements, and ongoing support for sponsored personnel to ensure alignment with policies and a positive employee experience.

Requirements include an advanced degree in HR or related fields and at least two years of
