Responsibilities
- Based at our Saint-Ouen logistics site and reporting to Anissa, you will be a hands-on HR business partner on the ground.
- Provide concrete support to managers and employees on day-to-day matters — HR administration, disciplinary support, and training.
- Contribute to more structured People projects.
- Oversee employee entries and exits (onboarding, offboarding).
- Prepare monthly payroll variables in our HRIS.
- Ensure digital archiving in compliance with GDPR.
- Monitor probation periods and follow up with managers at the right time.
- Collect facts and draft simple letter templates.
- Prepare disciplinary hearings alongside Anissa and the managers.
- Gather training needs and manage follow-up via Lucca Formation.
- Co-facilitate key internal training sessions.
- Track key metrics: headcount, absenteeism, workplace accidents.
- Raise alerts in case of concerning trends (turnover, increased use of temporary staff).
Qualifications
- You are preparing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in HR or labor law, with a first substantial experience (work-study or long internship) — or you already have 2–3 years’ experience.
- Comfortable working in a multi-site environment with regular travel.
- Service-minded with strong administrative rigor.
- Able to handle confidential matters with discretion and maturity.
- Curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team.
- Able to switch between daily urgencies and long-term projects without losing focus.
