Your profileRoleAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR Operations or Specialist role, ideally within France.
• Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken command of French C2 and English C1.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
