HR Operations Specialist - Paris (Bercy 75012) M/F

At Planon, we are building a global “AI-native” organization within Schneider Electric’s Software & Services division. This ambition is based on an HR function capable of combining excellence in human support, innovative technologies, integrated processes, and the agility of a leading SaaS company.

Reporting directly to the local Human Resources Director, you will play a central role within the organization. Your priority will be to support employees and managers at key moments in their professional journey, while ensuring the management and optimization of HR administrative activities. You will actively contribute to the operational excellence of the HR function, regulatory compliance, the quality of the employee experience, as well as the reliability and value of HR data.

What we can challenge you with:

• Manage employee administration from onboarding to offboarding and coordinate payroll, ensuring accurate, consistent and compliant operations.
• Administer the HRIS, safeguard employee data integrity and support adoption of digital and AI-assisted ways of working.
• Produce and validate HR indicators and reporting, including BDESE, Gender Equality Index and workforce data.
• Ensure compliant employee records, registers and HR practices, coordinate legal formalities and contribute to audits and regulatory checks.
• Coordinate training activities, skills development plans, OPCO relationships and annual HR campaigns.
• Support health, safety and working-condition requirements and coordinate occupational health services.
• Contribute to integrating Planon, SamFM and Ubigreen into Schneider Electric’s global HR ecosystem while overseeing facilities, company cars and mobile equipment.
