HR Operations Specialist / HR Generalist
We are looking for a rigorous and autonomous Senior HR Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our HR administration and payroll. You will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless experience for our teams in France and abroad (EUR, US, APAC).
This role offers the opportunity to work on HR side-projects while maintaining operational standards. We want someone with a strong team spirit, ready to collaborate and support colleagues across the HR spectrum when needed.
Missions
- Full Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire administrative journey of our employees from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring legal compliance (contracts, collective agreement rules, etc.) and a smooth experience.
- Payroll & Benefits Management: Act as the main partner for our external payroll provider. Gather and verify monthly variables, ensure payroll accuracy, and manage all employee benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, transport).
- International HR & Compliance (EOR): Oversee our international team members managed via global compliance solutions and umbrella companies (Employer of Record) and externals.
- Tools Master: Take full ownership of our HR tools. Maintain and update our HRIS to guarantee data accuracy.
- Reporting & Legal Compliance: Produce regular HR metrics and dashboards. Take charge of mandatory French declarations, compliance reportings, including the update of the BDESE.
- Training Plan & Professional Interviews: Build and deploy the annual training plan. Oversee the mandatory professional interview process and ensure alignment with our teams' development needs.
- Employee Engagement: Own the analysis of our internal engagement surveys. Partner with managers to transform feedback into concrete action plans that sustain our company culture.
- Ad-hoc Projects & HR Team Support: Contribute to cross-functional projects and occasionally back up the Talent Acquisition team or the HRBP when needed.
The position can be based in Rennes (ideally) or Paris (monthly business trips to Rennes). This is a hybrid role (up to 3 remote days per week allowed, no full-remote).
Your profile
- 4+ years of solid experience in HR Operations, payroll coordination, or as an HR Generalist, ideally within an international and fast-paced environment.
- Know how to provide a clear, compliant framework while remaining flexible and solution-oriented.
- Strong mastery of modern HRIS tools (experience with Lucca is a plus), keen interest in AI and process automation.
- Fluent in French and English (Mandatory).
