HR Operations Specialist
Based in the heart of the French Alps, Quobly builds on more than 15 years of research in quantum computing.
We are developing a silicon spin-qubit quantum computer, with the ambition of making this technology practical, scalable and capable of addressing real-world challenges.

As part of the People team, you will ensure reliable personnel administration and payroll preparation. You will also coordinate onboarding and offboarding and act as the functional owner of our HRIS.
This role combines day-to-day operations, employee support and process building. We are looking for someone who can deliver dependable operations while pragmatically improving our tools and processes.
Technical Challenges
- Manage the employee administrative lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.
- Prepare HR documents and track absences, leave, probation periods, occupational health visits and key deadlines.
- Collect and check payroll inputs, coordinate with our external payroll provider and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding with managers and relevant teams.
- Administer the HRIS, ensure data quality and support users.
- Improve workflows and formalise simple, useful processes suited to an international environment.
You have:
- Solid experience in personnel administration, HR operations and payroll preparation.
- Strong command of HR tools; experience implementing or administering an HRIS would be an advantage.
- Ability to take ownership from start to finish and meet sensitive deadlines.
- Rigour, discretion, autonomy and a strong service mindset.
- A pragmatic approach and an appetite for continuous improvement in a fast-evolving environment.
- Professional fluency in both French and English.
