Your mission

You’ll be a part of the People team and report to Agathe, our HR Ops Team Manager. Our people team is a key pillar to Swan’s success and includes HR, Recruitment, and Office Management. Your role will help the People team structure the HR department.

Main tasks

  • Onboarding
    • Help onboard new Swanees from offer acceptance to their first weeks at Swan.
  • Administration
    • Support the team in managing the administrative life cycle of Swanees (on‑boarding/off‑boarding, employment contracts, addendums, affiliations, health insurance, etc.).
    • Participate in tracking apprentices and interns (invoicing, managing files and contracts, government aid, board tracking, absences).
  • Day-to-day
    • Respond to internal tickets.
    • Keep HRIS and employee files up to date.
    • Support the team in day-to-day work to discover different aspects of the HR function.
  • Project
    • Participate in various projects such as due diligence, tool synergies, payroll optimization, compensation & benefits.

Qualifications

  • Student in a Master’s degree (business school, HR…) seeking at least one year of apprenticeship.
  • First internship experience in HR.
  • Good command of Excel and Google Suite.
