Job Description
You'll be a part of the People team and report to Agathe, our HR Ops Team Manager. Your role is to help the People team structure the HR department and support day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employees, managing the process from offer acceptance to first‑week integration.
- Support the administrative life cycle: onboarding/off‑boarding, employment contracts, addendums, social affiliation, health insurance, etc.
- Respond to day‑to‑day HR internal tickets.
- Participate in various projects: due diligence, tool synergies, payroll service provider optimization, compensation & benefits, and more.
- Track apprentices and interns: invoicing, file and contract management with OPCO, government aid, board tracking, and absences.
- Maintain HRIS and employee files up to date.
- Support the team’s day‑to‑day work and explore different aspects of the HR function.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (business school, HR, etc.) and available for at least one year of apprenticeship.
- First internship experience in HR.
- Thrives in a start‑up environment: fast‑paced, target‑driven, team‑oriented.
- Proactive, rigorous, can handle confidential data, solution‑oriented, eager to learn.
- Socio‑empathetic, frank, sociable, skilled, and ready to be challenged.
- Strong command of Excel and Google Suite.
- Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French.
