HR Market Consultant (Fixed-Term Contract)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in an HR business partner or HR generalist role.
• Experience in HR in two or more of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, and employee relations.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
• Knowledge of HR, Center of Excellence (CoE) disciplines and local employment law.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment of high-priority country-focused HR programmes and initiatives, aligned to the country people plan.
• Work with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant teams on prioritizing and mitigating market-related risks.
• Work with the relevant teams across People Operations to ensure delivery for our HR processes in the country.
• Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service at the end of delivery of our Googler experience in the country.
• Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable.

As a Market Consultant, you will work closely with the head of HR to execute and operationalize Google’s geographic priorities in the market. You will provide expertise on company and local programs, policies, and compliance procedures, and act as a compelling voice on HR matters. You will collaborate across multiple People Operations partners and business stakeholders, using influencing skills to represent Google’s needs.

Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

France: €126,000 – €130,000 (EUR) + 20% bonus target.
