Your role
- HR administration : drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing and monitoring medical check-ups, overseeing probationary periods, health insurance, social security contributions, sick leave, annual leave, and handling disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Payroll management: preparing and submitting payroll data to the external payroll agency, validating payslips, and managing the scheduling tool.
- Professional training
- Monitoring of apprenticeship contracts, FNE and VAE
- Management of cross-functional HR projects; development and improvement of HR processes and organisation.
- Training and support for regional directors in their HR responsibilities
Your profile
- With a background in Human Resources, you ideally have at least 3 years’ experience in payroll management / ADP
- You are meticulous, independent and responsive
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You are a team player, a good listener and able to manage priorities effectively
- Experience in the retail, hospitality or catering sectors is essential
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage
