Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about building people-first cultures within fast-growing, mission-driven organisations? We are partnering with a prominent player in the European renewable energy sector to recruit a dedicated HR Manager. Our client operates across multiple European jurisdictions and is seeking an HR leader to oversee day-to-day people operations, drive talent initiatives, and partner closely with senior leadership on workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Partner with department heads to design workforce planning strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts for technical and commercial roles across France and neighbouring jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with French labour law, GDPR, and applicable EU directives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
• Champion learning and development programmes, with a focus on technical upskilling.
• Manage relationships with works councils (CSE) and employee representatives.
• Support cultural initiatives that reinforce diversity, inclusion, and engagement.

Essential Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and CSE relations.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector preferred.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Prior exposure to multi-country HR operations within the EU.

Salary and Benefits

Salaire €75,000 – €95,000 gross per annum. Standard benefits apply.
