HR Manager – FRANCE

The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our Headquarters in France. To us, an HR Manager is the go‑to person for all employee‑related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as HR policy/strategy implementation, job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent attraction and retention.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English are essential.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly results driven, and people orientated individual that offers 5-10 years’ experience as an HR Manager with in‑depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices as well as a strong ability to implement HR policies/strategies for the French office.
Relationships are vital to our success here at F&P Healthcare so we would also expect that you will effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company as a trusted partner.
