Job Description

By joining our Industrial Center of Excellence in Nersac as Site HR Manager, you will be responsible, together with your team, for the site’s HR policy.

• Contribute to defining and implementing a skills and career management strategy (internal mobility, career development, people review).
• Lead the site’s social policy, particularly with employee representative bodies, as well as day-to-day employee relations.
• Lead local negotiations.
• Promote Quality of Work Life policies to ensure good working conditions, strengthen team spirit, and foster solidarity among employees.
• Identify training needs, taking into account the high level of technical expertise required across the various roles.
• Help oversee HR tools and programs in order to meet the company’s needs.
• Monitor HR activity KPIs.
• Ensure ownership of the Health & Safety policy and its day-to-day implementation.

Reporting to the ACC SE HR Director and functionally to the site director, you will be a member of the site leadership committee. You will work in coordination with representatives from the various HR functions (Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).

Description Du Poste

En rejoignant notre Centre d’Excellence Industrielle à Nersac en tant que Responsable RH du site, vous aurez la responsabilité avec votre équipe, de la politique RH du site.

• Contribuer à définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de gestion des compétences et des carrières (mobilité interne, évolutions, people review).
• Conduire la politique sociale du site, et notamment avec les instances représentatives du personnel ainsi que les relations quotidiennes avec les employés.
• Mener les négociations locales.
• Porter les politiques de Qualité de Vie au Travail afin de garantir de bonnes conditions de travail, renforcer l’esprit d’équipe et la solidarité entre les collaborateurs.
• Identifier les besoins en formation, en tenant compte du haut niveau de technicité des différents métiers.
• Participer à la supervision des outils et des programmes RH afin de répondre au besoin de l’entreprise.
• Piloter les KPI de l’activité RH.
• Etre garant de la politique Santé & Sécurité et en assurer l’application quotidienne

Rattaché au DRH ACC SE et rattaché fonctionnellement au directeur de l’établissement, vous serez membre du comité de direction du site. Vous travaillerez en coordination avec les représentants des diverses fonctions RH(Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, etc.)

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR within an industrial environment
• Hands‑on HR experience in the automotive or chemical industry, with exposure to a SEVESO environment, would be an asset for your application
• Initial managerial experience would be a plus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Fluent French and a professional working level of English are required

• Une expérience RH terrain dans l’industrie automobile ou en industrie Chimique, avec évolution dans un environnement SEVESO serait un atout pour votre candidature
• Une 1ère expérience managériale serait un plus

Qualifications

• Master en Ressources Humaines.
• Maîtrise parfaite du français et niveau courant en anglais obligatoires.
