HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and advise managers on all HR-related matters
• Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities
• Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives
• Manage individual and collective employee relations
• Deploy and monitor learning and development plans
• Produce and analyze HR reports and metrics
• Lead and support HR projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role
• Proven experience overseeing payroll activities
• Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
• Professional level of English (written and spoken)
• Valid driving licence
