Human Resources Manager

Location: Chalifert and Moissy-Cramayel sites, France.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the France Human Resources Director, you will act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, implementing the Group’s HR policies, supporting teams in their day-to-day challenges, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and advise managers on all HR-related matters;
  • Oversee payroll and personnel administration activities;
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR data and payroll inputs;
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives;
  • Manage individual and collective employee relations;
  • Deploy and monitor learning and development plans;
  • Produce and analyze HR reports and metrics;
  • Lead and support HR projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent;
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a Generalist HR role;
  • Proven experience overseeing payroll activities;
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations;
  • Professional level of English (written and spoken);
  • Valid driving licence.
