We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager Ingredients (France & LATAM) to join our global People team based in Mougins, supporting our Ingredients business as well as teams across France and Latin America.

Your Mission
As HR Manager Ingredients (France & LATAM), you will act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and teams, ensuring our people strategy supports business growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle while contributing to leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across your scope.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and growth ambitions.
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
Advise managers on leadership, team performance, and organizational challenges.
Translate business needs into practical and impactful HR solutions.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Lead recruitment processes across your perimeter, identifying the right talent to support business growth.
Partner with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and strengthen succession pipelines.
Support internal mobility and development opportunities.
Drive performance management and talent review processes.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Manage employee relations topics with professionalism, sound judgment, and a people‑first mindset.
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.
Oversee HR administration processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Support compensation review processes and employee lifecycle administration.
Leadership & Organizational Development
Support managers in developing high‑performing teams.
Coach leaders on people management and employee engagement.
Contribute to leadership development initiatives and cultural transformation projects.
Support change management and organizational evolution initiatives.
Culture & Engagement
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing employee experience.
Support internal communication and engagement initiatives.
Help embed COSMO’s culture and values consistently across geographies.
Promote ethical workplace practices, wellbeing, and inclusion.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to global and regional HR initiatives.
Support process improvement and HR transformation projects.
Provide people insights and relevant HR metrics to support decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
5–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in international and dynamic business environments.
Strong HR generalist background with exposure to business partnering responsibilities.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, ingredients, fragrance, FMCG, chemicals, or similarly complex environments is a strong plus.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Experience working with multicultural teams across multiple geographies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field.
Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is a plus.
Languages
Fluent French
Spanish is a strong plus.
