HR & Legal Manager - F/M/NB
Role Summary
Join an ambitious international video game studio developing one of Europe’s largest AAA projects. You’ll help build the organisation supporting hundreds of talented professionals across several countries. We are looking for an experienced HR & Legal professional to become the company’s reference point for all day-to-day HR matters while supporting our business on a broad range of legal topics. Reporting directly to the Finance Department, you will work closely with Finance, Executive Management and legal counsels, in a fast-growing international environment.
Core Mandate (3 main missions)
Own end-to-end administrative and social HR management: contracts, amendments, leave and absences, employee files, and labour law monitoring
Lead employee relations and compensation strategy: organise and run the CSE (works council), lead the annual mandatory negotiations (NAO), and manage salary grids
Act as the company’s primary legal business partner: draft, review and manage commercial and contractor agreements, and provide legal support across a variety of business topics
Success Criteria (What are we expecting from this person in the next months)
The works council (CSE) runs smoothly and the mandatory negotiations (NAO) are conducted within legal deadlines
Administrative HR processes (contracts, absences, employee files) are reliable and properly documented
Contractor and vendor agreements are legally secured and standardised
The person is recognised as the trusted HR point of contact for all employees
Key information
Permanent contract (CDI) – 4-month probation period, renewable once
