Your role

• HR administration: drafting employment contracts and amendments, managing and monitoring medical check‑ups, overseeing probationary periods, health insurance, social security contributions, sick leave, annual leave, and handling disputes and disciplinary matters.
• Employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Payroll management: preparing and submitting payroll data to the external payroll agency, validating payslips, and managing the scheduling tool.
• Professional training.
• Monitoring of apprenticeship contracts, FNE and VAE.
• Management of cross‑functional HR projects; development and improvement of HR processes and organisation.
• Training and support for regional directors in their HR responsibilities.

Your profile

• With a background in Human Resources, you ideally have at least 3 years’ experience in payroll management / ADP.
• You are meticulous, independent and responsive.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are a team player, a good listener and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Experience in the retail, hospitality or catering sectors is essential.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
