We're hiring: Group People BP & Transformation Director – CDI

At B&B HOTELS, we are on an ambitious growth journey scaling rapidly across Europe, the US and Brazil, with more than 950 hotels across 19 countries. To support this transformation, we're looking for a Group People BP & Transformation Director to join our Group team and play a key role in shaping the future of our people strategy.

Why this role matters

This is not a traditional HR role. You will sit at the heart of our global transformation — partnering with Group functional leaders, driving organisational change, and working hand in hand with senior leadership to deliver the people agenda.

What you will work on

• Lead organisational change & capability building to support future operating models
• Own the employee engagement agenda, from surveys to action planning
• Drive internal communication and leadership engagement initiatives
• Act as a trusted strategic HR Business Partner to Group functional leaders
• Support enterprise‑wide transformation programmes across geographies

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in complex, international organisations
• Proven track record in organisational transformation and change management
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into people plans
• Experience in multi‑country environments, balancing Group priorities with local realities
• French speaker, fluent in English
