HR Global Talents Development Apprentice

We are looking for an “HR Talent & Organization Development Apprentice” for the Global R&D Division, based in Meru (60).

The apprenticeship supports the Central HR team in building and driving the Global Division Talent & Organization Development Vision and Roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Support & follow up our People Processes and Campaigns (Performance Reviews, People Review, Expert Roadmap, Talent initiatives …)
• Consolidate data, analyze & provide administrative support for all our Talent & Organization Development Processes
• Be part of our R&D Organization Transformation Journey aligned with our business needs
• Help maintain accurate HR databases, including Talent Profiles
• Be part of our Employee Engagement Journey (survey analyses, propose new ideas to engage our teams worldwide & follow up action plan)
• Support, facilitate & communicate on our Global Talent & Organization initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong interest in talent development & HR in an international environment
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be rigorous and very attentive to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
• Fluent in English (working language)
• Team spirit & curiosity
• 1‑year or 2‑year apprenticeship (Master with an HR specialization or Business School)
