HR Generalist: Onboarding, Engagement & HR Ops

Acolad is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver core HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations and policy compliance. You will partner with managers and employees to guide HR processes, support onboarding and engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices.

This role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong ability to manage confidential information while collaborating across functions.
