We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team at Headquarters. This **6 months internship** offers a **broad exposure to HR activities** and is a great opportunity for a Master’s student (M1 or M2) seeking hands-on **experience in both operational and corporate HR functions**. You will work closely with the Headquarters HR team as well as the Corporate HR teams, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.
As an HR Generalist Intern, you will support the HR teams in a wide range of activities, including:· Assisting the HQ HR team in day-to-day HR operations· Supporting Corporate HR projects (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, HRAnalytics)· Participating in HR reporting and data analysis· Contributing to HR process improvement initiatives· Supporting the early stages of the recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate pre-selection, coordination of interviews and updating recruitment tracking tools· Assisting with various HR administrative tasks and documentation**REQUIREMENTS**Education / Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in generalist HR and corporate HR topics
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with HR data and digital tools
