Brief Role Description

As an HR Generalist, you manage diverse HR functions, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You help develop and implement HR policies and procedures, act as a key contact for employees and management, and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Your role fosters a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through continuous improvement and engagement.

Our salary offer is based on market rates, qualifications, and experience and may exceed the minimum salary of € XY gross/month stipulated in the collective agreement for this position.
