Following the recent integration with ESG Book, our teams are working together to build a stronger, more international and more innovative organization while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit that has always been part of our DNA.

To support this exciting phase of growth and transformation, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will support a broad range of HR activities and contribute to key initiatives linked to the integration and continued development of the group. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple HR disciplines while actively contributing to an important stage in the company's growth journey.

Key responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment activities from job posting to candidate coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to a positive employee experience from day one.

HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle

  • Support the preparation and administration of employment contracts, amendments and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
  • Assist with employee lifecycle processes, including employee changes, probation period follow‑up and departures.
  • Respond to day‑to‑day HR queries from employees and managers.

Training & Employee Development

  • Coordinate training requests and liaise with external training providers.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the annual training plan.
  • Maintain training records and reporting.

Employee Experience & Internal Communication

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Assist in preparing HR communications, presentations and supporting materials.
  • Help foster a positive employee experience through responsive HR support.
  • Support the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to policy harmonization and HR projects linked to the integration with ESG Book.
  • Assist in improving HR processes, tools and ways of working across the group.

HR Reporting & International Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports, trackers and dashboards.
  • Support data management within Lucca and other HR tools.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and India on HR initiatives and projects.

Profile required

  • 2‑3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent French and English are required.
  • German or Spanish would be a plus.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with Lucca or another HRIS is an advantage.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
