Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Personnel administration and payroll
• Responsible for the integration of interns and apprentices and monitoring their integration process
• Management of enrollments and follow-up with the health insurance provider and supplementary pension provider
• Monitoring and management of absences and reimbursements of transportation expenses
• Updating the personnel register
• Monitoring the residence permits of foreign staff
• Drafting various agreements and administrative correspondence
• Support for monitoring and managing medical appointments; support for archiving personnel files, etc.
• Updating HR dashboards: sick leave, transportation, probationary periods, etc.
• Support in updating the employee database

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master's degree 1 or 2 in Human Resources
• Language level:French: fluent , English: good
