We are hiring | Generalist HR Apprentice

We are looking for a Generalist HR Apprentice to join our HR team and support both day‑to‑day operations and HR projects in a European, fast‑growing and international environment.

This position offers a broad exposure to HR topics, with increasing autonomy over time, and is ideal for a student looking to build a solid generalist HR foundation.

What you’ll be working on

As part of the HR team, you will contribute to a wide range of HR activities, including:

  • Recruitment coordination (job postings, application screening, first interviews)
  • Training & development support (training plans, budgets, external providers)
  • HR administration and employee lifecycle management (contracts, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS – Lucca)
  • Internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribution to CSR / ESG‑related HR projects (including data collection for carbon footprint assessments)
  • Regular interactions with managers across departments on key annual HR processes

The scope and responsibilities will evolve depending on your profile, skills and progress.

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in HR, business, law or a related field
  • Background in labour law / employment law is a strong plus
  • Well organized, reliable, proactive and able to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a team and interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Languages:
    • French: fluent
    • English: professional working proficiency is essential
    • German or Spanish is a plus
