HR Domain Manager

In order tosupport the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division,wecommencedasignificanttransformationthat willcontribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market,leverageourscaleand enhance our IT Tech componentswith the aim of innovation.
Job responsabilities
As part of theFinance & HR department, you will be responsibleand drivethe Hire to Retire (H2R) Domain, ensuring the coherence, scalability, and strategic alignment of our HR Core Model and the HRIS service catalog offered to our HR Beauty community.
In this capacity, you will also lead theCoreHRProgram, a key initiative to standardize andoptimizeHRIS processes across the Beauty Division.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own and drive theBeauty WorldwideCoreHRprogram (SAP SuccessFactorsinterfacedwithPeopleDoc, Payrolls, SAP SuccessFactors,ServiceNow...), ensuring alignment with HR business needs, IT strategy, LVMH Beauty Division and LVMH Beauty Tech’s transformation goals.
- Define and implement ascalableBeautyHRIS Core Model, integrating best practices and ensuring future-proof solutions,aligned with the LVMH Group Core HR & ecosystem.
- Act asacoordinatorbetween theHRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholdersto deliver an optimized and efficient HRIS ecosystemWorldwide.
- Manage &prioritizethe HR IT Roadmap & Strategic portfolio for the Maisons and the Beauty Divisionensuringpreparationand participationinStrategicDemandprocess &Governance.
Project & Team Management
- Deliverall HRIS-related application projects for all Maisons of the Beauty Division, ensuringtimelydelivery, budget control, and strategic coherence.
- Lead and coordinateinternal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
- Ensure theintegration and interoperabilityof HRIS solutions with other IT platforms, in close collaboration withEnterprise Architects and Core Back-End teams.
- Identify,anticipate, andmitigate risksrelated to project execution and system implementation.
- Assistand support on Data Quality and change management.
OperationalExcellence &ContinuousImprovement
- Define andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs)to measure the effectiveness of theCoreHRprogram.
- Build and drive the post Go Liveand Runorganization with adapted Governance, KPIs, etc.Within the Beauty Division and with the Group.
- Oversee themaintenance and continuous improvementof HR applications, ensuring operational excellence.
- Provide reporting to Beauty management to give visibilitytothe Build & Run activities.
- Manage external service providers forsupport and maintenance contracts(TMA).
- Overseelevel 2 supportfor critical HR applications within your scope.
- Develop and coordinate Region Beauty Tech HR Teams.
Profile

- Drive and have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both HR and Tech teams.
- Are autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate constant sens of gaining efficiency and improvements.
- Speak fluent English and French.
- Bring 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, with a focus on large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Have proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations (Payrolls, PeopleDoc, ServiceNow, SuccesFactors, etc.)
- Have experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.
