YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the HR VP Europe, the Europe HRBP for Contract Logistics serves as a strategic advisor to the Europe Contract Logistics Leadership Team and drives organizational performance, transformation, and growth across a large international perimeter of more than 20,000 employees.

Acting as a trusted strategic partner and right hand to the Europe Contract Logistics leader, this role directly contributes to business decision‑making, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy at a Europe scale.

The role requires a combination of:

  • strategic HR leadership,

  • international leadership capabilities,
  • and the ability to influence at senior executive level.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Strategic Business Partnering to CL EUROPE Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Europe CL leader to define and execute the business strategy
  • Translate business priorities into a global people and organizational agenda.
  • Actively contribute to executive leadership discussions and governance forums.
  • Challenge and advise senior leaders on:
    • organizational effectiveness,
    • leadership capability,
    • culture,
    • succession planning,
    • and people‑related risks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex organizational and leadership matters
  • Define and drive the Europe HR strategy for Contract Logistics in alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as the Europe CL single point of orchestration for strategic HR transformation topics (including CEVA Ways/Global HR roadmap) so execution is measurable, auditable, and aligned to business outcomes and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead workforce planning and strategic capability development initiatives/projects.
  • International expansion.
  • Operating model evolution, digital and AI transformation.
  • Talent, Leadership, Succession and Capability Building
  • Lead succession planning for critical leadership roles.
  • Identify, develop, and retain high‑potential talent globally.
  • Support CL Europe leader in preparing CL Europe people review.

Foster a high‑performance, accountable, one‑CEVA and inclusive culture.

  • Performance, Engagement & People Analytics for Business Reviews
  • Coordinate and oversee annual people processes for CL Europe, including:
    • Performance management
    • Compensation review (annual bonus setting, annual salary review)
    • Lead Europe‑level synthesis of Employee Engagement Survey insights for Contract Logistics and ensure translation into measurable action plans (ownership, timelines, follow‑up cadence), tracking completion and impact through business reviews.
    • Coordinate Europe CL requirements for Job Architecture changes (roles, levels, sizing logic) and ensure alignment with the global job architecture framework; translate outcomes into implementation steps for clusters (communication, data updates, system implications)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related fields; strong grounding in HR governance and operating models.
  • Significant experience leading HR business partnering in a multi‑country matrix, including program deployment, stakeholder governance, and ER/labor relations escalation management.
  • Deep HRBP capability (business acumen, stakeholder partnership building, courageous conversations) and data‑driven prioritization.
  • Executive presence, ability to influence (dotted‑line leadership), strong negotiation and conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly in business reviews.
