HR Development Officer – M/F

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal and external recruitment process for both managerial and non-managerial positions
• Support employees in managing their careers
• Contribute to HR projects such as school/university relations, disability inclusion policy, internal career development, and implementation of KPIs

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 5 years of significant experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of the food industry and/or retail distribution is a plus
• Responsive and dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
