HR Development officer
Your role will mainly consist of leading the management of training, recruitment, and temporary work.
- Deployment and monitoring of the skills development plan, organization of training sessions, and associated reporting.
- Involvement in the entire recruitment process from briefing to selection, monitoring recruitment reports, managing recruitment administration on the Dayforce tool related to MCC Label Group processes.
- Coordination of the interim activity, liaising with managers and agencies, ensuring contract compliance and administrative follow‑up for the 3 sites.
Participation in HR projects such as the implementation of digital tools, process improvement, and production of HR reports, internal communication on HR topics and regulatory monitoring to ensure compliance of practices.
Fixed‑term contract position, 35 hours, remuneration over 13 months, participation, profit‑sharing, meal vouchers.
Your strengths
- Proven experience in HR development (training, recruitment, temporary work).
- Experience working in a subsidiary of a large group, understanding the stakes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and HR software (ATS, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.).
- Recognized for organizational skills, discretion, rigor in monitoring processes and projects.
- Enjoy working with different teams, autonomous in tasks.
- Fluent in French, proficient in English.
