Responsibilities
- Leading the management of training, recruitment, and temporary work.
- Deployment and monitoring of the skills development plan, organization of training sessions, and associated reporting.
- Full involvement in the recruitment process: briefing, selection of candidates, monitoring recruitment reports, managing recruitment administration on Dayforce tool for MCC Label Group processes.
- Coordination of interim activity in liaison with managers and agencies, ensuring contract compliance and administrative follow-up for the 3 sites.
- Participation in HR projects such as implementation of digital tools, process improvement, production of HR reports, internal communication on HR topics, and regulatory monitoring for practice compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR development (training, recruitment, temporary work).
- Experience working in a subsidiary of a large group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and HR software (ATS, HRIS, talent management systems, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and rigor in monitoring processes and projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with different teams.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of English.
